STEP 1 - Your health journey begins when you Book your Free 30 minute Discovery Call Now to discuss your symptoms, health challenges and goals. I will outline how I can help and I will recommend a package tailored to your needs. This call is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and is a good way to ensure we are the right fit for each other.
STEP 2 - Following our discovery call and before your first consultation I will ask you to complete a detailed online questionnaire and return it to me a minimum of 3 days prior, so that I can prepare for our meeting.
STEP 3 - Initial Consultation - 1 hour 15 minutes
During the 75 minute consultation, I will use your questionnaire to undertake a thorough analysis of your current lifestyle, diet and health concerns. From here, we will work together to create a realistic set of health goals and a detailed plan to enable you to meet those goals. Following your initial appointment you will receive a comprehensive diet and lifestyle plan with discounted supplement recommendations if needed.
STEP 4 - Follow-up Consultation - 30 - 45 minutes
We will arrange a further follow up consultation 4-6 weeks later to discuss how you are feeling and make changes if necessary.
My preference is to offer a 3-month package which enables me to dig deep into your health history and existing conditions along with your current diet and lifestyle. I have found that investing in a series of appointments will help to you stick to and be successful with your programme.

In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and diet
Bespoke nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan, tailored to your needs
5 x 30-minute follow-up appointments (weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on support needed), to assist with implementation, assess progress and adapt plan as required.
Recommendations and access to clinical laboratory tests and interpretation if needed.
